Processing of Orders:

Placement of orders between Mon - Fri will be dispatched within 2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or Public Holidays will be processed on the following working day and the same process applies. From dispatch, transit times will vary depending on upon postal and freight methods used and your location. Australia Post timeframe estimates are a guide only and not a guarantee unless Express Post is selected and paid. If unsure about the transit times please phone or email to confirm with our office. Please advise on your order the date of your party/celebration and it will be priority processed. Pick up orders are welcome on pre-arranged date/time.
